the promoter of the wagamama soul club student society shopping centre promotion (“promotion”) is wagamama limited (company number 02605751) with its registered address at 5-7 marshalsea road, london, england, se1 1ep (“we”, “our”, “us”, or “wagamama”).
the promotion:
the promotion entitles every eligible soul club member with verified student status to a free wagamama side (“free side”) when they spend a minimum of £12 in a participating wagamama restaurant (each a “restaurant”) on the applicable promotion date for that restaurant (each a “promotion date”). the relevant promotion dates are listed below but these are subject to change and new restaurants and promotion dates may be added at any time at the discretion of wagamama.

2. by entering the promotion, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and you agree that our decision is final and binding in all matters relating to the promotion. if you fail to comply with these terms and conditions you may not be eligible to take part.
who can enter:
3. the promotion is open to all eligible soul club members with verified student status. the promotion is open to students only.
4. wagamama employees, their families, or agents, wagamama affiliated companies, or any other person connected with the promotion may not enter the promotion.
5. we may ask you to verify your eligibility to enter and we reserve the right to refuse entries if you are unable to do so.
rules for entry:
6. free sides are available during the opening hours of each restaurant on the applicable promotion date. in participating restaurants only.
7. eligible participants must show their soul club app profile screen to a wagamama staff member before paying to confirm their verified student status and to confirm their eligibility for a free side.
8. only one free side may be redeemed per participant on a single visit to a restaurant. a maximum of one free side per participant per day.
9. there is a minimum spend of £12 to redeem the free side. one free side per eligible transaction.
10. free sides may be redeemed on dine-in orders only (orders for take-out, delivery and click and collect are excluded).
11. free sides are available in participating restaurants in england, northern ireland, scotland and wales only, excluding airports and service stations.
12. there are no cash alternatives: the free side must be accepted as offered, is non-transferable and subject to availability.
13. we reserve the right to substitute any free sides for items of equal or greater value if this is necessary for reasons beyond our control including non-availability of menu items or ingredients.
14. we will not pay any expenses incurred in connection with the promotion.
15. we reserve the right to void, amend, suspend, or withdraw the promotion without prior notice in the event that it becomes necessary to do so.
16. we do not accept responsibility for (i) any postponement or cancellation of the promotion; or (ii) any act or default of any third-party supplier, which is outside of our reasonable control.
17. except to the extent that we cannot exclude or limit our liability by law, we accept no responsibility for any loss, damage, injury or disappointment suffered by any participant resulting from entering the promotion, or any damage to your or another person’s property, computer or mobile phone equipment as a consequence of either downloading any material relating to the promotion or accepting a free side. nothing will exclude our liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence.
18. by entering the promotion, participants may provide their personal information to wagamama. we will, at all times, process your personal data in accordance with our privacy policy, the uk data protection act 2018 and applicable laws.
19. this promotion, including these terms and conditions, are governed by the laws of england and wales and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts in the united kingdom in relation to any dispute arising under or in connection with the promotion and/or these terms and conditions.
